Once I contact you to place an order, how soon will the book be shipped?
For most orders we ship the same business day or in the case of an evening order
we often ship early the next business day. We even ship on Saturdays!
I would like to return my book(s) how can I?
We accept returns for books that are undamaged (no scratches, bent pages,
markings, tears, etc.) within thirty (30) days of your order. We will refund the cost of the
books ordered, and we never charge restocking fees. However ALL shipping costs
are non-refundable and the cost of the return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
Please include your order number.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept wire transfers only.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we serve many international destinations from Canada and Europe to Australia.

Will I be charged sales tax?
If your order is sent to a Michigan location a six (6) percent sales tax will automatically
be added to your order.
My organization has a Michigan sales tax exemption number how do I apply it?
When placing an order, please provide us with the exemption number we will apply it.
It will be shown on your invoice.
